About the Author
Michael Roeder was a member of the Society for Creative Anachronism between 1977 and 1983 where he studied, among other things, Heraldry. During his service as Hammer Pursuivant of the Barony of Thor's Mountain during 1982, he resurrected the office by teaching classes in basic Heraldry and encouraging members to design and submit their devices and Arms. He has been accused of perpetrating Haroldry for the Non-Harold.
