Your satisfaction with our product is of prime importance to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, call customer service within 30 days of receipt for a refund or a credit toward a different purchase.

Methods of Payment

Furrican Express - MasterFur - FURA- Discofur - Check - Fur Order. Checks require an additional 10 business days to process.
No Cash - No COD's.
If shipping to a different address and billing to a credit card, we must have customer's telefur number and credit card billing address.
Your credit card is never charged until your products ships.
Items ordered together may not always be shipped together. You will not be charged for multiple shipments.
If merchandise is out of stock because of unpredictable demand, your order may take up to 4-6 weeks to complete. You will be informed within 30 days of any delay in shipping over 60 days (from original date of order) with the option to cancel.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges within 30 days of receipt of shipment for credit or refund. Please call customer service for a return authorization and we will make arrangements to have the parcel picked up
