Parental Delivery: You bring your son to Tri-County
Youth Attention Center and we’ll take care of him. |

Tri-County Valet Express. Today’s hectic
time demands often make parental delivery difficult. For the busy
parent, we will come to your home and provide resident transportation
in one of our comfortable vans. Uniformed Tri-County attendants
can be scheduled for new resident pick-up any time, day or night.
There is no better way to surprise a young man than by watching
his reaction to the unexpected arrival of a Tri-County Express Van.

button below, I (we) attest that we are parents or legal guardian
of the enrollee, and that I (we) do hereby agree to enrollment subject
to the following declarations, descriptions and terms therein. I
(we) hereby convey all parental authority, including but not limited
to health management, diet, supervision, appearance, discipline
and education to the Director of Tri-County Youth Attention Center,
herein referred to as TCYAC, or his designate. I(we) specifically
agree that the enrollee will comply with grooming standards set
forth by TCYAC. I (we) attest that the enrollee is currently in
good medical health and fully able to participate in the TCYAC Sports
and Physical Education Program. I (we) specifically agree that if
eligible, the enrollee will be allowed to participate in the Viriguard
athletic protection program. I (we) specifically authorize the enrollee
to participate in the vocational training and education programs
