Atlanta Journal of Clinical Urology
March 31, 2002
A study monitored both the short and long term effects of Viriguard usage, on an age diverse group of 131 male volunteers (mostly religious school residents participating with full parental consent and compensation), and found no significant issues of medical concern. The study found that even in a study group wearing Viriguard for 18 continuous months, there were only slight statistical indications of even minimal genital developmental atrophy, with no subsequent sexual functional or gratificational abilities compromised. The study made positive recommendations for the use of Viriguard do to the well demonstrated benefits of preventing testicular trauma and sexually transmitted diseases.

Tri-County Youth Attention Center announces its new online enrollment system. Take advantage of our new Online Enrollment system. Enter your name and address as well as the pertinent data for the boy you wish to enroll in the Tri-County Youth Attention Center. We’ll do the rest. Parents can choose from two intake options: You bring your son to Tri-County Youth Attention Center and we’ll take care of him. Otherwise, for the busy parent, we will come to your home and provide resident transportation in one of our comfortable vans. Uniformed Tri-County attendants can be scheduled for new resident pick-up any time, day or night. There is no better way to surprise a young man than by watching his reaction to the unexpected arrival of a Tri-County Express Van. (Tri-County Area only.)

The author of a web site denouncing the Tri-County Youth Attention center and allegedly exposing cruel treatment of inmates has been thoroughly discredited. Greg Frye, a self-avowed practicing homosexual, was arrested in 1999 for a number of traffic offenses. Drugs and a number of sexually related materials were found in his car. As part of a plea-bargain arrangement, he was sent to Tri-County Youth Attention Center, where he stayed until he turned eighteen. His claims about how the Center treats its residents have no basis in fact and are the product of a deranged and vengeful imagination.

“Tri-County Youth Attention Center treats each and every one of its residents witha all the respect and dignity they deserve. Obviously this boy didn’t appreciate the lessons we were trying to impart to him.”

Tri-County Youth Attention Center is a 600-bed secure campus, with most residents referred for corrective reasons by the court system. Life at TCYAC is not punishment but a positive life-transforming experience that gives residents the opportunity to become fully enabled adult human beings.
